Overview

The Overview opens on the site shown in the top bar. Beside the title you see its connection status: Serving detected, Events arriving, Not detected or Not checked yet. Review connection opens Connections.

When the daily check finds a problem, a banner shows how many alerts are open. Review agent health opens the list.

Agent connection and demand

Agent connection checks serving and event reporting separately. It shows the last serving check, last reported event and last agent interaction. A site with no recent requests can still have a working connection; send a test request to confirm reporting.

Agent demand shows the last 7 days of agent and protocol interactions on every plan. Commercial interest is estimated from buying-related requests such as products, pricing and booking. Unfulfilled agent demand counts those requests when no source matched or a protocol returned zero results. It measures unanswered requests, not lost sales.

Insights, Pro and Agency add the intent breakdown and links to detailed questions and gaps. Unknown intent and access-policy denials appear separately so they do not inflate unfulfilled demand.

Getting set up

Until setup is complete, a checklist leads the page. It has four steps: Website connected, AI visits recorded, First check and Findings available. Each step is checked from your own data. You can run the first check right there, on every plan. When all four are done, the checklist shrinks to one line: Setup complete.

Your next useful step

This card picks one thing to do next from what has happened on your site so far:

It never sends you to a page your plan does not include. Beside it, three steps link to the work: Find a gap, Improve your answers and Check live delivery.

What customers are asking

Give them a better answer

On a paid plan, this card lists answer drafts waiting for review, with how many sources each cites. Check the sources, then approve the answer in Answers Hub. Approval makes an answer available for delivery. A self-hosted site still needs to fetch and serve it.

Your AI visits, at a glance

AI visits counts requests from AI assistants to your public pages over the last 7 whole days (UTC). Clean versions served shows how many got the clean version. Full page or blocked counts the rest. The chart below covers 14 days. Open How this is counted for the method.
