Console guide
Find your way around the Console: Overview, AI visits, Funnel, Pages, Customer questions, What agents see, Connections, Settings and Autopilot.
Overview
The Console groups its pages by what you want to do: Work, Understand and Manage. Here is every page, what it is for and which plans open it.
Key Sections:
- Autopilot Setup: Choose up to three source pages, turn on automatic updates, and follow the evidence behind every change in your Autopilot report.
- Mumm Connection: Choose which public business capabilities Mumm can use. Confirm the receiving business and manage the connection’s permission.
- Overview Insights: The Overview shows your next useful step, the questions customers ask, answer drafts waiting for review, and your AI visits for the selected site.
- AI Visits Log: Every recorded request to your site, newest first: what each column means, how the filters work, and how to download the list.
- Funnel Tracking: The five stages from AI visits to the orders your store reports, and how each order is grouped by the evidence linking it to an AI platform.
- Page Requests: Which pages AI assistants request, how many got the clean version, where sources are missing, and which pages appear on reported orders.
- Customer Queries: What AI assistants searched for on your site, which searches found nothing, the findings that need your attention, and the evidence behind them.
- Agent Views: Preview any page on your site twice, once as an AI assistant and once as a browser, and see which version each one gets.
- Connection Status: Check your connection status, find your site ID and API key fingerprint, and choose how to connect your site.
- Account Settings: Your organization and role, your team and invitations, each site with its API key, and where alert and digest emails go.
