Open Console

1. Website review → What agents see.
2. Paste a page address from your site, such as https://shop.example.com/products/…, and press Preview.
3. Read the result line above the two panels.

Connections

Check now refreshes the serving check. Review Agent connection for separate serving and event-reporting status, plus the last agent interaction. Send a test request and confirm its event arrives to verify reporting.

Reading the result

• Green: “Your site serves AI assistants a clean version of this page”: the connection works on that page. When both requests succeed, the line adds the two approximate token counts.
• Amber: “AI assistants currently get your full web page”: your site did not send the clean version for that page. See the troubleshooting article below.
• Grey: “We could not get the AI assistant version of this page”: the request failed, and the line says why. Fix the address or try again.

The two panels show what an AI assistant gets and what a browser gets. Check that the clean version carries the details customers need, such as prices, availability and policies.

Shopify note

On Shopify, AI assistants are served on the app path. Preview https://yourstore.com/apps/rebilder/products/… rather than the regular product address. The regular address shows your full web page on both sides, as expected.
