No visits showing, preview says HTML, sign-in trouble, multiple sites, and how to reach support.

• Installed, but no visits are showing Usually one of two things: AI assistants have not visited yet, or your site serves them but visit reporting is not set up.
• Preview says agents get full HTML The amber result means your site did not send the clean version for that page: not connected, not covering that page, or (on Shopify) the wrong path.
